As Australia releases its fifth year of data, the UK has just completed its first year of reporting and data collection under new gender pay gap legislation. To mark this, WGEA has invited the Deputy Head of the UK’s Government’s Equalities Office (GEO) and Head of Gender, Elysia McCaffrey, to share and compare the UK’s first year of data with Australia’s fifth year of data collection.
